About the WordCamp UK planning wiki

  • This is, as the name suggests, the wiki for planning WordCamp UK events.
  • WordCamp UK organises and co-ordinates informal gatherings of WordPress publishers, designers and developers based in the United Kingdom, including an annual two day conference held at a different location around the country each July.
  • WordCamp UK is on Twitter (#wordcampuk Twitter archive) and Google+.
  • WordCamp UK mailing list (registration required).
  • Spread the word by using the tag wordcampuk in blogs and other social media; use #wordcampuk on Twitter and Google+.
  • WordCamp UK Core Group and WCUK Constitution.
  • WordCamp UK is an Unincorporated Association and not VAT registered. VAT is not applicable to WordCamp UK tickets.
  • Please note it is a point of principle for WordPress and WordCamp to not promote or seek support from business in violation of the WordPress GPL licence.
  • Refunds for ticket purchases will not be issued if you subsequently cannot attend WordCamp UK events; however tickets can be transferred to others as long as the ticket reference identifier is also transferred, and the names of such ticket holders are provided to the Core Group.
  • If you have any problems or queries relating to WordCamp UK contact the Core Group.
