Initial version agreed 14 January 2010.

Version 1.1

Version 1.1 agreed on 15 March 2011 to change paragraph 2 to clarify educational nature of the conferences, to delete reference to annual frequency of conferences to allow flexibility in the future and to clarify relationship to local meetings.
