  • Hours for all areas 0900-1830 (includes 0.5 hour before/after per day for rig/de-rig)
  • Conference rooms:
  • Conference Room 1 - capacity 200
  • Conference Room 2 - capacity 100
  • Conference Room 3 - capacity 20
    • All conference rooms must have:
      • Wifi internet access of sufficient capacity
      • Tables for laptops, notetaking etc
        • Conference Rooms 1 and 2 additional facilities:
          • Presentation position with inputs to video and sound systems
          • Sound system with microphones
          • Roving mics for attendees participation
  • Easy access to public transport facilities
  • Easy access to bars, food, pubs etc
  • Easy access to reasonably priced parking
  • Easy access to reasonably priced accommodation
