- The following is applicable to all attendees (including speakers) at WordCamp UK 2009.
- If you wish to opt-out please contact Tony Scott detailing if you do not wish recordings and/or photographs to be applicable to yourself.
By participating in WordCamp UK, I understand that portions of the event will be recorded in video and audio as well as photographed.
I agree that WordCamp UK has the right and permission to use such photographs and recordings should they include my name, likeness, voice, city/state of residence, or photograph for advertising or any other purpose in any media or format, online and/or offline, now or hereafter without further compensation, permission, or notification.
I understand that all recordings from the event are the exclusive rights of WordCamp UK and I do not ask for or expect compensation or notification of the use of recordings or photographs in which I appear or speak.
